1. Let's get started by following this guide.

Install through the Shopify App Store

Steps:


  1. Log in to the Shopify App Store.
  2. Find the ESTS Invoice Pro app to install, and then click it.
  3. On the app listing page, click Add app.
  4. In your Shopify admin, to authorise the app's use, click 'Install app'.
  5. After that, a billing page will open. You must first purchase the plan to access the app. Click 'Approve' to complete the purchase.


2.  After the app is installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.

Open the app in Shopify.

The app ESTS Invoice Pro opens. It will look like this.




You have completed the app Installation and setup process.


3. First of all, you have to do the following steps to download invoices, packing slips, and refunds.

  1. Go to the "App" section.
  2. Open the "ESTS Invoice Pro".
  3. Your app has now been opened.
  4. Now go to the "Settings" tab.


4. Click the "Invoice" tab and select the one invoice template.

​5. Click the "Packing Slip" tab and select the one packing slip template.


6. Click the "Refund" tab and select the one refund template.


7.  First step: Fill in the Store VAT Number that is shown in the Invoice Print Template.

Now, you are ready to download the PDF of the invoice, packing slip and refund of the customer orders.

8. Click on the "Download" tab. It will show the selected templates, and then click on the download button below the invoice, packing slip and refund. It will redirect to Download Invoice, Download Packing Slip or Download Refund based on the selection as highlighted in the screenshot below.

9. Click on the "Download Invoice" tab. You can preview the Invoice by clicking on the preview button. You can also export and download selected orders.



10. Click on the "Download Packing Slip" tab. You can preview the Invoice by clicking on the preview button. You can also export and download selected orders.



11. Click on the "Download Refund" tab. You can preview the Invoice by clicking on the preview button. You can also export and download selected orders.
