Once connected successfully, your Meta connection status will appear as Active on the Dashboard.



Catalogs – Manage Product Sync

The Catalogs page displays all your Shopify products and gives you full control over syncing.

Here you can:

  • View the complete list of Shopify products

  • Sync individual products to Meta

  • Perform bulk product syncing



This helps you keep your Meta catalog accurate and updated according to your business needs.

Diagnostics – Meta Product Issues

The Diagnostics page helps you identify and fix issues related to Meta product syncing.

On this page, you can:

  • View products with sync errors

  • See detailed error messages and reasons

  • Understand why a product failed to sync




Using this information, you can quickly resolve issues and ensure your products meet Meta’s requirements.

Settings – Sync Automation

The Settings page allows you to control how product syncing works between Shopify and Meta.

Available options include:


        

  • Product creation sync – Automatically sync products to Meta when they are created in Shopify

  • Product update sync – Automatically sync products to Meta when they are updated in Shopify
