This application is developed by ESTS (Expound Soft Tech Solution) and is designed specifically for users who want to integrate their Shopify store with Zoho Books.

The app is simple and user-friendly, allowing you to seamlessly manage data between both platforms. You can easily import all your products from Zoho Books into your Shopify store with just a single click. Any product created in Zoho Books can be instantly synced to Shopify without manual effort.
In addition to product synchronization, the app also enables you to export Shopify customers to Zoho Books. By selecting the contact export option, all customer details from your Shopify store can be transferred to Zoho Books quickly and efficiently.
Another key feature of the app is order synchronization. You can export all your Shopify orders into Zoho Books, allowing you to manage and track customer orders directly from Zoho Books.
This application is highly beneficial for businesses using both Shopify and Zoho Books, as it provides a single solution to perform multiple synchronization tasks efficiently.

Install through the Shopify App Store
Steps:
  1. Log in to the Shopify App Store.
  2. Find the Zoho Books Integration app to install, and then click it.
  3. On the app listing page, click Add app.
  4. In your Shopify admin, to authorise the use of the app, click Install app.
After the app is installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.
Note: To access this application, a subscription to one of the available plans is required.

Open the app in Shopify
Steps:
  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
  2. Find and select Apps and sales channels.
  3. Click the name of the app , Zoho Books Integration, to open.
When you click on the app's name, Zoho Books Integration, to open it. If you haven't selected a plan yet, it will appear as shown below.

Zoho Books Connection Steps


Step 1: Open Zoho Connect
To begin the connection process, select the Zoho Connect tab from the left sidebar.
On this page, you will see the connection form where the required credentials must be entered to establish the Zoho Books connection.


Step 2: Create Zoho API Credentials
On the right side of the Zoho Connect page, you will find instructions to help you generate Zoho API credentials.
1. Click on Open Zoho API Console. This will open the Zoho API Console in a new browser tab.
      

2. In the Zoho API Console, click on the Add Client icon.
3. You will be prompted to choose a client type.  Select Server-based Application.
4. Fill in the required details:
  1. Client Name – Enter any name of your choice.
  2. Homepage URL – Copy this URL from the Zoho Connect page in the app.
  3. Authorized Redirect URL – Copy this URL from the Zoho Connect page in the app.


(Both URLs are displayed at the bottom of the Zoho Connect page.)
5. After submitting the form, Zoho will generate a Client ID and Client Secret.

Step 3: Complete the Connection
  1. Copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret.

  2. Paste them into the respective Client ID and Client Secret fields on the Zoho Connect page.
  3. Select your Zoho Books region from the dropdown (according to your account location).
  4. Click on the CONNECT ZOHO BOOKS button.

You will be redirected to the Zoho authentication page.
Approve the access request to complete the authorization.

Step 4: Connection Successful
Once authorization is completed, your Shopify store will be successfully connected to Zoho Books, and you can start importing and exporting data using the app.

Now go to the Dashboard. Here you will see the Customer, Product, and Order. Just click on the Customer/Product you want, then select the option to Import/Export.

Important Note on Import & Export Limits
Import and export functionality is based on the plan you have selected. Each plan includes specific limits on the number of import and export operations, which are also influenced by your Zoho Books subscription.
This application works entirely through Zoho Books APIs. Every import or export action—whether for customers, products, or orders—consumes API resources. The total number of import and export actions available to you depends on:
Your selected app plan

The API limit provided by Zoho Books.
If your API limit is reached, you will need to contact Zoho Books Support to request an increase in your API limit before continuing further synchronization.

Change Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time by clicking on the Change Plan option. We offer multiple plans with both Monthly and Yearly billing options, allowing you to choose a plan that best fits your business needs. Each plan includes specific limits on import and export operations, so it is important to review these limits carefully before selecting a plan. Additionally, import and export availability also depends on the API limit provided by Zoho Books for your account. Zoho Books assigns a fixed number of API calls to each user, and it is possible to reach this limit even if your selected plan allows further imports or exports. In such cases, you will need to contact Zoho Books Support to request an increase in your API call limit in order to continue using the app’s features.
