App name - Ests Inventory Sync

This app is created by ESTS (Expound Coderz). This app is especially developed for those who want to integrate their Shopify Store with Ests Inventory Sync.

Let's get started by following this guide.

1. Install through the Shopify App Store

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Shopify App Store.
  2. Find the Ests Inventory Sync app to install, and then click it.
  3. On the app listing page, click Add app.
  4. In your Shopify admin, to authorise the use of the app, click Install app.
  5. After that, a billing page will open. You must first purchase the plan to open the app, then click 'Approve' to complete the purchase.


2. After the app is installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.

Open the app in Shopify.

The app Ests Inventory Sync opens. It will look like this.



You have completed the app Installation and setup process.

3. Now go to the "Feed" tab.

  1. It shows the following:

    • Show the Feeds, Active Logs and Running Tasks

    • You can edit and delete the feeds.

    • You can get data from ftp or manual upload.



4. Click on the Create Feed to create a new feed
  1. It shows the Create Feed
  2. It has the following fields:

    • Select Store Location.

    • Inventory Update Type

    • You can set it to manual or ftp

    • You can set the mapping


5. Go back to the "Feed" tab.

  1. Click on the Active button to get data from ftp
  2. Click on "Manual" to upload a file manually. When you click on "Manual", a pop-up will open where you can upload a CSV file. After selecting the file, click the "Upload" button.


6. Click the "Inventory" tab

  1. Shows the product of the store

    • Shows the product of the store

    • Filter the products by In Stock or Out of Stock

    • Export product as csv




7. Click on "Report" Tab

Display a list of reports with edit and delete functionalities.


 
Click on the "Show Pre-Made Report" button to display a list of predefined inventory reports.
